second life on show again with Slideshare

Adjusted the text and layout so hopefully the text will appear intact after Slideshare conversion. Amazing that 47 people viewed the first attempt, 11 have viewed version 2 after 1 hour, and 26 have looked at the Twitter slides after only 4 hours ... sadly no comments. I discovered that I could 'replace' the first ed with 2nd ed., but the text reformat did not work and I have had to delete this first version. It had been used as an embed once ... unfortunately I think I have broken that link. There is a tab for YouTube videos that perhaps I can investigate ... a continuously steep learning curve!
